You guys realize that James Bond is a fictional character right? Like as in he doesn’t exist. This isn’t a biopic. We had a White guy play Gandhi, where were y’all then?

Also, can I just point out yet another reason why Idris Alba would be awesome as James Bond apart from him just being an amazing, cool actor?

Ever since Sean Connery, it’s been canon that James Bond is Scottish, right?

Well, tell me something that is more Scottish than Scottish Gaelic?

Now, Idris Alba’s name, now his surname.

Hold on to your chairs, because your mind is getting blown, Alba is Gaelic for Scotland.

Idris Alba is basically called Idris Scotland and is thus made for this role.
