Anon, if you want to know something about the LGBTQ+ community, I would advise you to ask somebody within that community :)
I agree with this right here. I think if you have something to ask, find someone within the community WILLING AND ABLE to field the comment. Also, keep in mind that just because the alphabet soup acronym puts us all together, we are not all the same.
If you have a question about, for example, pronoun etiquette re: non-binary people, asking a cis binary person is the wrong person to ask. Or if you have a question about if you can find more reading about or by asexual people, then a lesbian sexual person would be the wrong person to go to.
So, keeping that in mind, I’m willing to field a question or two and if I can’t answer it, I’ll see if I can direct you to a resource or something.
