So the fact that you did and are now scrambling to make excuses for yourself and continue being racist by saying shit like “calm the fuck down” and acting like you, a white person, can properly educate and answer the question of why the confederate flag is racist over black people who HAVE FUCKING KNOWN SINCE THE FIRST DAY WHY THE FUCK IT IS RACIST only incriminates you more.

^^^ Our lives are not a game or experiment for white people to play around with. If you feel the need to provoke POC, you are, indeed, a racist. If you use words like “uppity” and “calm the fuck down” towards people who find the shit you write offensive, you are, indeed, a racist. It’s going to take more than economic policy and education to cure racism, seeings as plenty of educated people are racists. It’s not just “poor ignorant hicks” that are racists, not by a long shot. And they aren’t the ones doing the most racist damage. It’s people who treat POC as an academic exercise and then claim some white savior plan as their real intention that are the worst.
