Where do I begin with listing the wrongness in this one little paragraph, inhellsdespair?
1. White supremacy was not “the Nazis” and nothing but. White supremacy has existed long, long before the guys in Germany. White supremacy has justified colonialism, genocide and attempted genocide, slavery, and other things. Just go look back at any of the literature concerning justifying slavery and the slave trade, for instance. Look at any of the literature justifying colonialism by European nations.
You are wrong.
2. It’s interesting you use the word “seen”. Because yes, you may SEE my post as irrelevant. You may SEE it as invalid. That does not make it so.
3. You are seeing the wrong way. You are seeing through white supremacy which tells you to find the quickest and most convenient way to deny that it exists. Because admitting it’s continued, daily, and imbedded existence in our lives brings people, especially white people (who very much NEED to see it), one step closer to resisting it.
4. Saying “SJ’ers” with the same tone that others say “politically correct” leads me to believe that you’re one of those folks who apparently can’t stand the thought of a world where you don’t completely dominate everyone else and shape things to your will to glorify and gratify you.

1. Denying that white supremacy exists in the forms that it does IS MALICE. I have assumed nothing. Malice was plainly there. You weren’t criticizing anything. You were attempting to discredit both my post and the manner in which I write it.
2. This is not about coding and decoding. This is about you wanting to deny white supremacy.
3. TONE ARGUMENT. If my ideas are so worthwhile to you, why are you saying that I must present them in a less “lacking” manner

I want arguments I agree with to spread as far as possible.Translation: “Stop reading the text exactly as I’m writing it! I’m denying your ideas and trying to cover that up by telling you that you express them wrong. Because I like the tone argument and plan on using it a lot. If you would express them to my standard by not making me think about things like White Supremacy, then I’d accept them. Blah blah blah. Accusation of personal failing! Patronization that is supposed to come across as a compliment! Why aren’t you doing and seeing things MY WAY?”

Do you understand the difference between criticizing word choice and denying the idea?
Do you understand TONE ARGUMENT? Because that’s ALL you’ve thrown at me. That and trying to deny white supremacy and say that it’s “the Nazis” rather than a pervasive and embedded force in the world that still hurts, kills, and causes massive suffering every day.
